美國務卿：美國人質事務特使與哈馬斯的直接會晤尚未取得成果

當地時間3月10日，總台記者獲悉，美國國務卿魯比奧表示，美國總統特朗普的人質事務特使亞當ⷤ𜯥‹’爾與巴勒斯坦伊斯蘭抵抗運動（哈馬斯）就釋放加沙被扣押人員舉行的直接會晤是“一次性的”，目前“尚未取得成果”

當地時間3月10日，總台記者獲悉，美國國務卿魯比奧表示，美國總統特朗普的人質事務特使亞當ⷤ𜯥‹’爾與巴勒斯坦伊斯蘭抵抗運動（哈馬斯）就釋放加沙被扣押人員舉行的直接會晤是“一次性的”，目前“尚未取得成果”。

魯比奧表示，尚未取得成果並不意味著亞當ⷤ𜯥‹’爾的嚐試是錯誤的，美國進行人質談判的主要渠道仍將通過美國中東問題特使威特科夫及其通過卡塔爾開展的工作。

哈馬斯高級成員塔希爾ⷥŠꥊ깦—娭‰實，哈馬斯領導層與美國總統人質事務特使亞當ⷤ𜯥‹’爾近日在卡塔爾首都多哈多次會談，著重磋商了釋放一名有美國與以色列雙重國籍的被扣押人員的問題，雙方還討論了加沙地帶停火協議相關事宜。

美國白宮5日確認，美國總統人質事務特使亞當ⷤ𜯥‹’爾過去數周在多哈與哈馬斯代表會談。這是美國1997年將哈馬斯列為恐怖組織以來，首次直接與其談判。（總台記者 張穎哲）
